In an ignorant society the most revolutionary act is to simply tell the truth. You're taught to not tell the truth in our society, you might insult somebody. To keep their illusions going, society has a silent agreement going that they wont be entirely truthful with each other. Even this agreement isn't talked about, though it's taught to children since a young age. How else could you keep ignorance going other than avoiding Reality?

Egos are deeply offended by the truth, they can't stand it. This is because of what an ego is, a lie. It's a collection of lies people tell about themselves, a belief system that creates a false “self”. People understand that the ego dissolves the closer they get to God, and this is because God Is Truth.

There is a larger Truth. One of the biggest lies of the New Age movement is that everybody creates their own truth. The Truth already Is, it's the set of parameters Creation functions within, also called Spirit. People don't create the Truth, they create their illusions. You have no control over Truth, why would you want to? You Are Truth, and Truth already functions in Divine Perfection. Why would you try to interfere with that? Within their illusions, people fail to see the exactness of Creation occurring all around them. They miss the One Truth occurring Presently, and in their fear create smaller “truths” separate from God. Of course, there is no truth separate from God, only illusion.

Real Truth is simple. It's Multi-Dimensionally Big, yet it's very simple. Not something you have to figure out, rather something that comes effortlessly. It's all around you in this Moment. Truth is Love, it's God, it's Peace, it's Joy and it's Now. It's the Reality occurring all around You minus all the belief systems you may have about it. Truth is completely intuitive and it's felt within the Heart, not the mind. If you can't feel Truth intuitively, it's your beliefs that are getting in the way. It's been said before, let go, let go, LET GO! The Truth of Love is found Within your Being. If you find it there, there's a deep sense of Peace you can always connect to despite what's happening “outside”. If you don't find Truth inside, it's like the tail wagging the dog.

A new favorite quote of mine that's helped keep things in perspective is, "The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off." (origin unknown)....which is why some family and friends are having a bit of a hard time...usually the saying was just the first part and I believe that people think truth only makes us happy and free, that's it... so when it doesn't we're surprised that we feel hurt or any emotion many of us try to ignore for as long as possible, but thank God we have those people who's duty it is to rip off the covers, I don't always enjoy having to be that blunt object but in my journey of self discovery, I've had to come to an acceptance and love for myself that I've alwayas been that person and though it's tough at times if we get through it we will have a relief atlast....let's get to the relief part people and rejoice with our friends who dare to journey along our side! love and lots of light lisa
